I would also like to know if hiring an attorney makes online prescription medications sense financially considering the 19 year old blew .08 on the breathalyzer.

What difference does it make what you blew? You are under age. You’ll be losing your license until you’re 25 years old. Good luck finding a job with no transportation. Somebody screwed up.
You won’t lose your license until you’re 25. But you will have your license suspended. The only thing an attorney can do is reduce your sentencing. Your fines will be high already so it depends on whether or not you can afford it.
should be shot on site. this will bring an end to drunk driving.
Loss of license, stiff fine.
If someone is under 21 and has a BAC of .01% or higher while driving, their license is automatically suspended for a year.
